Returns for Interior Design and Branding Services:
1. Consultation Phase:
- If you are not satisfied with the initial consultation phase, please inform us within 3 days of the consultation date.
- We will schedule a follow-up meeting to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
2. Design Phase:
- If you are unhappy with the design proposals presented, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the designs.
- We will work closely with you to understand your feedback and revise the designs accordingly.
3. Implementation Phase:
- Once the implementation of the design has begun, changes may be subject to additional charges based on the scope of work.
- If there are any issues with the implementation process or if the final outcome does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately to discuss potential resolutions.
Returns for Handcrafted Decor:
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
2. Change of Mind:
- If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
